For owner and spirits specialist Thilo Fuchs, regional tradition and high-quality production are top priorities. From an old collection of recipes from the region, he is particularly fond of one product: bitters. The herbal specialty Naumann-Bitter is still made today according to a recipe from 1927 and is less sweet than modern liqueurs. Another creation of the Fuchs production facility is "The Secret of B.", a whiskey liqueur with honey and herbs. In addition to the regional products it produces itself, the Fuchs spirits factory also sells selected specialties from Germany and around the world. The small shop in Delitzsch's old town also regularly hosts gin and whiskey tastings.
