The history of the manufactory began in 2005: Chocolatier Alex Kühn began producing handmade chocolates according to traditional craftsmanship and with his own recipes.
Today, the delicacies are manufactured in the chocolate farm in Erfurt - with fair trade fine cocoa directly from the farmer, fresh seasonal ingredients, careful handwork, the highest quality and loving packaging.
