The founder Ralf Bitzer and his team combine passion with sophistication. They create, cook and package aromatic fruit spreads, chutneys, curry and BBQ sauces, fruity juices and syrups for the gourmet palate, all 100% handmade. These seasonal ingredients come from small fruit farms and orchards in the region. There are also liqueurs, honey, chocolate, mustard, oils, tea and pastries as well as freshly roasted coffee. The small factory also offers regional liver sausage and salamis from sausage makers in the region. They supply products from free-range animals, whose well-being is a top priority for the owners. The beautifully designed shop also invites you to linger: for a cup of tea or coffee.
