Markranstädt
Markranstädt is located on the western shore of Lake Kulkwitz and has developed into a first-class leisure location. Lake Kulkwitz has been open for swimming since the 1970s and, with its underwater park, is a popular diving spot. In the heart of the town is the St. Laurentius Church with its Kreutzbach organ. Guests can look forward to a wide range of leisure and cultural activities, such as the "Via Regia Classics" vintage car rally, the sailing regatta or the castle festival.
