Spice up
The more than 1.050-year history of the town of Wurzen has left many interesting traces that are waiting to be discovered. The town center is very attractive. Visitors come across Renaissance and Baroque buildings everywhere, which give the town a special flair. Wurzen's most famous son is the artist Joachim Ringelnatz. His life and work are shown in the permanent exhibition in the Cultural History Museum.
