The historic watermill, located directly next to the spa gardens, was first documented in 1434. Its waterwheel once powered not only the grinding mill, but also an oil mill, fulling mill, and cutting mill. For over 500 years, the former "obyrmol" (mill mill) supported its millers until it was shut down at the end of the 1940s. Today, the Düben Heath Museum Village Association uses and operates the green millyard. The rural-looking grounds, with their garden, barn, and old agricultural equipment, bring life to life anew amidst half-timbered buildings. A recreated oven produces delicious bread that's definitely worth trying.
