Anyone looking for a very special view of Leipzig can do so from the observation tower in Rosental Enjoy. Surrounded by the Leipzig Auwald forest, the green lung of the city, the observation tower offers breathtaking views over treetops, parks, and the Leipzig skyline. The 20m high tower is affectionately called the "Wobbly Tower" by Leipzig residents because of how it sways back and forth on windy days. After a stroll in the countryside, and in good weather, the climb up the numerous steps is worthwhile and will be rewarded with a new perspective and a sweeping view of Leipzig and the region. Many of Leipzig's sights can be seen from here. The observation tower is somewhat hidden in the Auwald forest near the Marienweg and the sewage treatment plant on the Parthe River.
