A total of five ships travel across the dam. You can choose between round trips on the MS "Kriebstein" or "Hainichen" or scheduled trips on the MF "Lauenhain" or "Höfchen". Experiencing the oldest ship, the MF "Mittweida", is something very special, as it is no longer in constant use.
Both ferries make it possible to get to know the dam in more detail and combine hikes with a boat trip. Taking bicycles and dogs along is no problem.
