SHIP AHOY!From April to October, passenger shipping in Leipzig's New Lake District offers 1-hour round trips on Lake Markkleeberg or 2-hour round trips on Lake Störmthal. There are various moorings where you can get on and off the boat. In addition, Stollen and mulled wine trips are offered in November and December.
The passenger ships have space for 120 to 400 passengers, and a rich on-board catering service ensures your physical well-being. Special trips for family, company, Christmas or wedding celebrations are also possible.
The passenger ships are state-of-the-art and meet the high environmental requirements of Leipzig's New Lake District. They are barrier-free and have air conditioning and heating. As "head landings" they allow step-free boarding and disembarkation at any pier. Bicycles can also be transported.
Cashless payment possible in advance, on the ships only cash payments.
