Geithain regional market
The Geithain Regional Market takes place every other Thursday (in even-numbered calendar weeks) from 14 pm until the early evening in the market square. A colorful variety of regional produce and goods is offered by local traders, producers, and vendors.
And for those who prefer a warm and sheltered spot, the RegioLokal is the perfect place to be! Located directly opposite the market square, the RegioLokal offers vendors without their own food trucks a weatherproof sales area. It's also a great meeting place for locals – whether to enjoy the food on offer or have a coffee and a chat. In addition to seating, a children's play area, an information corner, and regional products, they also serve coffee, cake, and fresh ice cream with whipped cream.
