The Markkleeberg sports pool was built in and on the former train station building and, thanks to its central location, has excellent transport links to several S-Bahn and bus lines.

There is a ticket machine at the entrance to the sports pool. In addition to single and family tickets, there are also ten-tickets. The latter are valid for ten visits to the sports pool and are also available at the tourist information office opposite (Rathausstraße 22).
