The terrain cure is a special offer for cardiovascular patients and for active prevention for health tourists. The terrain cure trail network in the spa town of Bad Lausick has trails with different performance requirements. The microclimate conditions (relief, forest, park, etc.) make it possible to adapt to the thermal stimulus intensity according to the prevailing weather situation and to prevent additional circulatory strain due to warming. In total, there are 10 designated terrain cure trails in Bad Lausick, which are graded according to two performance categories (1. average exertion; 2. low exertion).
