Directions

From the station, the route goes towards the town center to the outdoor natural swimming pool through the castle park towards the castle. The castle invites visitors with Feuerriegel, toy, and changing exhibitions. Next is the Eschefelder Teiche, a European bird sanctuary and nature reserve. The Teichhaus also houses the NABU nature conservation station. Along the large pond, you reach Eschefeld. On the path "Zu den Fünf Linden", passing meadows and fields, you return towards Frohburg. Through the district of Röthgen, you head back to the town. The postal milepost and the potter girl by Kurt Feuerriegel are worth seeing here on the way back to Frohburg.
