The new Leipzig Trade Fair Centre offers ideal conditions for trade fairs, conferences, congresses and events of almost any type and size.
The decision to build a new exhibition centre was made in the early 1990s. The architects of Gerkan Marg + Partner designed the glass hall, which is characterised by its transparency, clarity and straightforwardness. Covering an area of 20,000 m², these dimensions are unique for a steel and glass construction in Europe.Visitors enter the 5 exhibition halls with more than 100,000 m² of covered exhibition space through glass tubes. The exhibition centre's infrastructure also includes 70,000 m² of open-air grounds and the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL for short). The tower on the exhibition grounds is the trademark of the new Leipzig Trade Fair and bears the logo of the Leipzig Trade Fair with the famous double M at the top
