There are 24 varieties of wild fruit spread in the Sornziger Wilde product range. Some of these are not available anywhere else in Germany. Volker and Hannelore Umbreit work by the "use it or lose it" principle to protect rare fruit varieties and harvest their fruit exclusively from their own trees and bushes before processing it at the same location. None of the recipes include any artificial aromas, colourings, flavour enhancers or spices.
