Westbad Leipzig

Short facts

The Westbad used to be a swimming pool and now, after extensive renovation, it is used as a modern festival hall and event location.

The Westbad in the west of Leipzig is a Bauhaus monument featuring a modern energy system. The building was formerly a swimming pool, where people enjoyed the waters from 1930 to 1990. Today, thanks to extensive refurbishment, it has the perfect conditions for events in an unusual environment. A total of 1,200 m² of modern floor space is available on three floors. The three main rooms - hall, salon and studio - can be booked individually or together with the foyer, wardrobes, changing rooms and two catering areas. The unique renovation, with passive house components, enables energy-efficient operation in compliance with the latest ecological standards, making the Westbad Leipzig a genuine good-vibes event hall.
