Over the course of the 2nd half of the 19th century, the Oberwerk in particular was rearranged.
The brothers, Johann Gottlob (1742 - 1812) and Christian Wilhelm Trampeli (1748 - 1803) from Adorf built the organ from Zitzschen, listed as opus 50. On 30/11/1795, a quality inspection was carried out by the Nicolai organist from Leipzig, August Eberhard Müller. II/25 Over the course of the 2nd half of the 19th century, the Oberwerk in particular was rearranged. As part of this, both reeds in the pedal, Vox humana 8' and the trombone 16', were removed. Between 1990 to 2007, comprehensive restoration and reconstruction were carried out by the organ manufacturing company, Wünning in Olbersdorf. The organ is one of the biggest Trampeli organs, and is largely preserved in its original form.
