You can get all Welcome Cards at the Tourist Information Leipzig at Katharinenstraße 8, where you will also find personal advice and plenty of additional tourist information.

You can also purchase the Leipzig Welcome Card via the LeipzigMOVE app from Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe. This app allows you to buy it quickly and easily directly from your smartphone. Alternatively, you can use the ticket machines operated by Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe and MDV, which are located at many stops. You can also purchase all card options that include public transport use at the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe Service Centre on the corner of Petersstraße/Markgrafenstraße and at the Mobility Centre at Willy-Brandt-Platz.

In addition, selected additional sales points also offer the Leipzig Card and the Leipzig Regio Card.

Do you like planning ahead and want to book your Welcome Card before you arrive? The choice is yours - would you prefer analogue or digital?

When you buy through our shop, we will send you the Card of your choice as a blank card within one week. You decide who uses the Card for the first time, when they use it and when its validity begins.

Please still select any date in the future when placing your order. (This must be selected for technical reasons and does not affect the validity of the Card.) Please note: For a Leipzig Card purchased in the current year, validity is limited to 3 calendar months after price changes (usually from January).

Print cards and tickets from ticket machines

Please enter the current date as well as your first and last name before using the first service.
Remember to validate your Welcome Card before using public transport. There is a field on the back of the card for this purpose.

The card is non-transferable.
