Dead Finks + Paul Pecho Band

Dead Finks is New Zealand-born duo Erin Violet and Joseph Thomas playing post-punk music in the tradition of Wire, Sonic Youth and Parquet Courts. Their current incarnation is a 4 piece band based in Berlin. The band started gaining traction in 2021 when the video for their single “(My Human) Extinction” was premiered on the taste-making Harakiri Diät channel, becoming a modest hit in underground punk circles. They gained further attention after being hand-picked by Detroit post-punk stalwarts Protomartyr to support several dates of their 2022 EU tour, and went on to support Dry Cleaning on the entire European leg of their 2023 world tour.

Paul Pecho is 5 by the time this show happens – so there’ll be 5 people on stage. It’s the first ever show with the band! So the sounds sound way more now! Lots from the upcoming album will be played. Garage Rock, Psych Pop, Grunge with echoed Rats and Fuzz War through the double reverbed springs into your ears and brains and stomachs.
