Country inn and forest hotel “Zur Margarethenmühle”
In the historic Margarethenmühle, whose history dates back to 1553, you can now experience traditional cuisine and new creations in a family atmosphere in the middle of the fairytale surroundings of the Zweiniger Grund. The restaurant cuisine stands for regionality and seasonality and builds a bridge between good, home-style dishes and modern creations. Outside the kitchen, too, the restaurant is committed to ecological sustainability; the Margarethenmühle bears the "green-table" seal of the initiative for sustainability in gastronomy and "green-sign", a program and seal of sustainability for the hotel industry.
