For on-site advice, competent staff in certified tourist information centres and regional info points are available to assist you. They support you with questions about events and excursion tips, city tours, gastronomy and accommodation. You can also buy regional souvenirs and tickets.

Summer special:
Do you want to explore Leipzig flexibly and individually? Then hop on a bike! From June to October 2026, you can easily rent bicycles directly at the Leipzig Tourist Information and conveniently return them on-site. Together with our partner Swapfiets, we provide four bicycles for you – perfect for spontaneous city tours, rides through other districts, or trips into nature.
Good to know:
The rental fee is €15 per day. You will need an ID card as a deposit. Pick-up and return are only possible during the opening hours of the Leipzig Tourist Information.

Monday to Friday: 10 am–6 pm
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 10 am–3 pm

An in-person inquiry on site is not possible. All reported lost items can be viewed online at www.leipzig.de/fundbuero. There you can also file a loss report.

Yes, guest Wi-Fi is available for you to use free of charge. The Wi-Fi is open and you do not need a password to log in.
