Oschatz
The lovingly renovated old town center of Oschatz is home to the town hall, St. Aegidien Church with its tower dwelling and the town and scales museum. The admission-free O-Schatz Park with Germany's smallest zoo is also well worth a visit. Pure relaxation and action can be found in the new Platsch Oschatz, with its sauna village, wellness area, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley and restaurant. A trip on the historic narrow-gauge railroad "Wilder Robert" from Oschatz to Mügeln is a special experience.
