South of Leipzig, in the middle of the Leipzig New Lake District, is the Markkleeberg Canoe park – Germany's most exciting attraction for white-water fun.
All equipment – such as neoprene clothing, life jackets and safety helmets – is available on-site. After an initial briefing, participants run though their first paddle exercises in the target pool, and then the action can really get started as groups enter the white-water section. Conquer the rapids and rollers of the canoe park as a team – adrenaline shot included free.

For those who prefer to take things a bit easier, the Kanupark also offers dragon boatrides and a boat rental service. There is a playground for the little ones, and food can also be purchased on location. The white-water terrace in the Kanupark lets guests take in the sights and enjoy the view over Lake Markkleeberg.

The cash desk, information, panoramic terrace and "KANU Wildwasser-Terrasse" restaurant are disability accessible. The terrace offers a great view of the white-water park.
