Vogt Instruments - Passion in Brass

For more than 15 years, Vogt instruments has stood for professional craftsmanship and a passion for brass instruments. The workshop of the team led by master instrument maker Matthias Vogt is the place to go for beginners and hobby musicians as well as for professional musicians when it comes to new instruments as well as repair, maintenance and care - comprehensive advice is a matter of course. This workshop, which has made a name for itself beyond Leipzig and the region, is also a meeting place for visitors and craftsmen. It has an open design and allows both a look over the shoulder and a look at the numerous instruments and tools.

With the compact trumpet and the 4-valve flugelhorn, music lovers will find two in-house productions - made from 100 percent handmade parts. Future owners can accompany and help shape the creation process of these special one-offs from the very beginning. In this way, the craftsmanship results in genuine, masterful collector's items.

Tours of the studio and presentations on brass instruments, including for school classes, are available by appointment.
