At the gates of the Düben Heath, Löbnitz is surrounded by the Mulde floodplain and Lake Seelhausen. Here you can explore nature on designated circular trails along the Great Goitzsche Lake and Seelhausen Lake, the Mulde Cycle Path and the Luther Trail Saxony. The village church, which is over 800 years old, is home to important religious relics such as a 400-year-old winged altar and a picture Bible cover
(Biblia pauperum) that is unique in Central Germany.
