The history of the manufactory began in 2005: chocolatier Alex Kühn started making handmade chocolates using traditional craftsmanship and his own recipes.
Today, the delicacies are made at the Schokoladenhof in Erfurt - with fair-trade fine cocoa directly from the farmer, fresh seasonal ingredients, careful craftsmanship, the highest quality and loving packaging.
