Historical town estate Leisnig
The upper floor of the town manor houses the exhibition on the Leisnig caste order, Leisnig church music and the history of Leisnig.
The extensive renovation of the historic building in the heart of the town was completed in 2013. After decades of work, the remarkable interior design was restored and reconstructed. In addition to the historically valuable exhibits, large information boards also provide interesting facts on the topics: Martin Luther and the Reformation in Saxony, Citizenship and piety around 1500, Buch Monastery - monastic life and significance for the town of Leisnig, Leisnig cantors and information on the restoration of the upper floor.
