Leisnig caste order, development of church music in Leisnig since the 16th century, information boards about Martin Luther, Reformation in Saxony.
The upper floor of the town manor houses the exhibition on the Leisnig caste order, Leisnig church music and the history of Leisnig.
The extensive renovation of the historic building in the heart of the town was completed in 2013. After decades of work, the remarkable interior design was restored and reconstructed. In addition to the historically valuable exhibits, large information boards also provide interesting facts on the topics: Martin Luther and the Reformation in Saxony, Citizenship and piety around 1500, Buch Monastery - monastic life and significance for the town of Leisnig, Leisnig cantors and information on the restoration of the upper floor.

Directions & Parking facilities

By car: Follow the A14 to S31 in Leisnig, take exit 33-Leisnig on the A14. Follow S31, Dorfstraße, S31, Leisniger Str. and Grimmaer Str. to Kirchstraße.

By public transport: Take the RB110 to Leisnig, Bahnhof. It is a 1km walk to the destination.
