Playground "Climbing area in the Friedenspark"

Playground
Idyllically located at the foot of the Russian Church, the playground in Friedenspark is one of the most popular playgrounds for Leipzig families.

A wonderful playground awaits visitors in the historic Friedenspark. There are numerous opportunities to move, climb and play here.
The little ones can have fun in the sandpit with mini slide and the cute rocker animals and mud table.
The older children will love the climbing platform, the climbing tower, the roundabout, seesaw, swings and slides of various sizes. Benches and a table are available for a break and picnic.

The surrounding meadows also offer plenty of space to play or enjoy the sun that shines through the tall, shady trees.

Not far from the playground, there is a public toilet for a fee.

The Apothecary's Garden with its many medicinal plants is part of Leipzig University's Botanical Garden. Located in the Friedenspark, a fountain invites you to linger.
