Water playground on the Karl Heine Canal
The water playground on the Karl Heine Canal under the Gießerbrücke bridge is mainly known to those who paddle right past in a canoe or are out and about on a bike.
Little visitors have the opportunity to use a pump to pump water from the Karl-Heine Canal, twelve meters away, into a system consisting of three channels and three aqueducts with a total length of 25 meters and dam it up in a variety of ways
On very sunny days, however, the playground is not recommended and there are no toilets nearby.

- From Lindenau, it is only a 7-minute walk on tram lines 8 or 15 from the Henriettenstraße stop. It is just as far from the Plagwitz stop Karl-Heine-/Gießerstraße, which can be reached by streetcar line 14.
The nearest main road is the B87. There are no parking spaces directly at the playground, but there are in the surrounding streets.
However, the best way to get there is by bike, as the water playground on the Karl-Heine Canal is located directly on the cycle path. Organization
