Lovers of fine brandy and liqueurs must visit the small but distinguished Fuchs Artisan Distillery in Delitzsch. For owner and liqueur specialist Thilo Fuchs, local tradition and high-quality production take top priority. One product that particularly attracted his attention in an old regional recipe collection was a special type of bitter spirit. The herbal liqueur speciality known as ‘Naumann Bitter’ is still produced here today according to a recipe from 1927 and is less sweet than modern liqueurs. Another creation from the Fuchs Artisan Distillery is called 'The Secret of B', a whiskey liqueur with honey and herbs. Besides their own local products, the distillery also sells select specialities from Germany and around the world. The small shop in the old town centre of Delitzsch also regularly welcomes guests to gin and whiskey tastings.
