The pontoon tower floats on the surface of Lake Goitzsche and can be reached by pontoon bridge. Two counter-rotating spiral staircases allow you to ascend and descend the water level tower, which offers a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Goitzsche and the towns of Friedersdorf, Bitterfeld, Mühlbeck and Pouch, and even as far as the Leipzig Monument to the Battle of the Nations in good visibility
The X-Trend stainless steel cable mesh from Carl Stahl, which resembles an oversized stocking, was pulled over the entire tower to prevent falls
