Historic carousel at the Leipzig Christmas market
The historic multi-level carousel is a special attraction at the Christmas market on Salzgässchen.
The opening of the 100-year-old carousel was canceled in 2009 due to a fire. But just one year later, the carousel returned to its old familiar place in its original replica.
