Historic craftsmen's house in Torgau

  • Museum/art collection
Exhibition "Cramped living in sloping walls - living culture of the past century" in the small Renaissance building in Torgau.
The small two-storey Renaissance building is the oldest house of Torgau's lower classes still largely preserved in its historical state. The cramped rooms and sloping walls, as well as the surprisingly original wall paintings, leave a deep impression and provide an insight into the living culture of past centuries.
