Kretschmanns Hof
The Kretschmanns Hof commercial building, completed in 1912, was restored in 2010 in line with its listed status. For this purpose, the passage was given a glass roof, which visually integrates into the spacious, white-tiled passageway courtyard.
This is connected to the "Blauer und goldener Stern" building and its rectangular courtyard via a passageway and serves as a direct shortcut to Hainstraße. Since the end of the restoration work, the "Leipziger Pfeffermühle" cabaret has also been housed in the catacombs of Kretschmanns Hof.
