Lindennaundorf windmill
The original trestle windmill was built in 1848 by Carl Friedrich Kanold on the edge of the Lindennaundorf district. In 2009, it was completely dismantled by the local heritage association. The rebuilt and fully restored mill was inaugurated on the 17th German Mill Day in 2010. The functional and wind-powered windmill impressively illustrates the craftsmanship of days gone by. Experience during the numerous seasonal highlights how windmills are turning again after 65 years. The trestle windmill is also always worth a visit because of the mill playground.
