Schmeisser organ in the church of St. Egidien, Colditz

In 1876, Wilhelm Eduard Schmeisser built a new mechanical organ in the west gallery, which can still be heard today. In 1931, it was equipped with pneumatic action and its sound was redesigned in 1964.
