Westbad Leipzig

Culture and event venue
Venue
The Westbad used to be an indoor swimming pool and has been operated as a modern festival hall and event location since its extensive renovation.
The Westbad in the west of Leipzig is a Bauhaus monument with a modern energy concept. The building was formerly used as an indoor swimming pool between 1930 and 1990 today, following extensive refurbishment, it offers the perfect conditions for events in an extraordinary setting. A total of 1,200 m² of state-of-the-art floor space is available on three floors. The three main rooms are the hall, salon and studio, which can be booked individually or together, as can the foyer, checkrooms, changing rooms and two catering areas. The unique refurbishment with passive house components enables energy-efficient operation in compliance with the latest ecological standards, making the Westbad Leipzig a genuine plus-energy event hall.
