The Westbad in the west of Leipzig is a Bauhaus monument with a modern energy concept. The building was previously used as a swimming hall where people could swim between 1930 and 1990. Today, after extensive renovation, it offers the perfect conditions for events in an extraordinary environment. A total of 1.200 m² of modern usable space is available on three floors. The three main rooms are the hall, salon and studio, which can be booked individually or together, as well as the foyer, cloakrooms, changing rooms and two catering areas. Due to the unique renovation with passive house components, energy-efficient operation is possible in compliance with the latest eco-standards, which means that the Westbad Leipzig functions as a real plus-energy event hall.
