Directions

The route starts at the Vereinigte Mulde in Grimma on Friedrich Oettler Street (near Grimma Castle). From the starting point over the Vereinigte Mulde Bridge, then turn right and follow along the Mulde riverbank. Follow the path until you reach the suspension bridge and the Gattersburg Hotel. Then keep right and enter the city forest. Shortly after, the path leads onto the Mulde Valley Trail Freiberger Mulde. The beer garden invites you for a short stop. Then continue along the riverside to the next bridge. At the bridge turn left. Then go through the beautiful Höfgen, past the fortified church to the Museum Wassermühle Höfgen. Before the museum turn right onto the street and follow the path.
