After a visit to St. Thomas Church, you can stop off at the Bachstüb'l and enjoy delicious cakes and hearty meals.
The historic building, which has housed the “Bachstüb'l” since 1977, is estimated to date back to the 16th century. Well preserved, you can now immerse yourself in history in the vaulted ceiling of the restaurant. In summer, you have a direct view of the Bach monument from the outside area of the restaurant. On Mondays, you can even listen to concerts in the Thomaskirchhof while you eat.
