After a visit to the Thomaskirche, you can stop off at the Bachstüb'l and enjoy delicious cakes and hearty meals.
The historic building, which has housed the "Bachstüb'l" since 1977, is estimated to date back to the 16th century. Today, you can immerse yourself in history in the vaults of the restaurant. In summer, you have a direct view of the Bach monument from the restaurant's outdoor area. On Mondays, you can even listen to concerts in the Thomaskirchhof while you eat.
