The owners, Annette and Mario Rose, specialize in "first crack" roasts - this gives the coffees an intense, mild aroma. In addition to their great passion for coffee, the two focus on craftsmanship -  every bean is roasted with care and love. The Elstermühle, located opposite Leipzig's city harbor, is an inviting and open location, allowing visitors to watch the roasting process live. The range includes espresso, single origin and blend coffees, as well as a constant stream of new creations of exceptional quality. The "Leipziger Käffchen" variety is very popular and can be stylishly packaged as a gift on request.
