Oelßners Hof (Nikolaistraße / Ritterstraße)
The stately fur trade house was built in 1907/1908 by Leipzig architect Max Pommer and impresses with its two four-storey sandstone façades in neo-baroque style and the ornately forged gates on Nikolaistrasse and Ritterstrasse.
After three years of refurbishment in line with listed building standards, the courtyard was inaugurated in 2015 with numerous new commercial and residential spaces. Golden columns and lettering, natural stone flooring and murals showcase the history of Oelßners Hof.
