Porcelain studio Claudia Biehne
The artist achieves the highest level of translucency in her series of bowl-like treasures and lamps, in which she poetically inserts leaves and flowers, among other things, and processes them in the most delicate way. All these porcelain objects are produced in a sophisticated manufacturing process, and with some of them it is hard to believe that they were created by hand.
It is therefore not surprising that Claudia Biehne, who was born in Leipzig, is often represented with her objects in various museum collections and has received international awards, for example at the renowned MINO competition in Japan.
In addition to the larger art objects, small, fine pieces for everyday use - all unique - can also be purchased in the studio. The artist is usually present in person and offers guided tours and insights into the creative process.
