Rackwitz

The Schladitz Bay on the lake of the same name offers plenty of variety for those seeking relaxation and exercise from near and far. Lake Schladitz is easy to reach thanks to its proximity to the municipality of Rackwitz with its S-Bahn stop and the surrounding network of cycle paths.

Historic church buildings in Podelwitz and Kreuma, the castle in Zschortau and Rackwitz town hall are also worth a visit. The village church in Podelwitz also has a Johann-Gottlob-Mende organ.

The Bunte Bühne Biesen invites you to various cultural events. In the summer months, these are moved to Lake Schladitz on the stage of the Biedermeier beach.
