The Rosental with the "Wackelturm" viewing platform is located in Leipzig's alluvial forest  from here you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of Leipzig.
The Rosental comprises the largest lawn area in Leipzig and is one of the city's most popular historical parks. A large lawn for sunbathing and numerous hiking trails adorn the green area in Leipzig's alluvial forest.

The 20-metre-high observation tower, the "Wackelturm" and the zoo showcase, where you can take a look at Leipzig Zoo's African savannah at selected points, are particularly interesting for walkers.
