The Rosental includes the largest lawn area in Leipzig and is one of the most popular historical parks in the city. A large lawn and numerous hiking trails adorn the green area in the Leipzig Auwald.
Particularly interesting for walkers is the 20 m high observation tower, the "wobbly tower" and the zoo window, where you can take a look at the African savannah of the Leipzig Zoo at selected points.
