Rosswein

Roßwein is located in the heart of Saxony, in a very beautiful landscape. Special sights include a camellia that is over 200 years old, the remaining parts of the old town wall, the post mile column, the old post office and the old silver mine tunnel. Along the Freiberger Mulde you can go on wonderful hikes or cycle tours. An ascent to "Wetterhöhe 318", one of the highest elevations in the Leipzig region, is also worthwhile.
