Sornziger Wilde
The Sornziger Wilden range comprises 24 varieties of wild fruit spreads, some of which Volker and Hannelore Umbreit are the sole suppliers in Germany. Their work is based on the principle of "protecting by using". The fruit is harvested exclusively by hand from their own trees and processed directly on site. No flavor additives, colorings, flavor enhancers or spices are used. During guided tours of the wild fruit display area created by Hannelore and Volker Umbreit at the Marienthal Monastery in Sornzig, interested visitors can be whisked away into the world of wild fruits, experience multimedia presentations or get to know the Sornzig Wild range during a tasting.
