The Spizz is the all-rounder among Leipzig's clubs. During the day, the café invites you in with a feast for the palate and beautiful views of the market square and the hustle and bustle of Leipzig's city center. In the evening, however, the upper part of the building is transformed into a bar with a cosy flair and downstairs there is a spacious cellar that will tempt you to dance.
The Beyerhaus impresses with its rustic, cozy atmosphere. In the large hall you can play billiards or table football. From time to time, a DJ plays music so that you can tap your foot a little while enjoying beer and potato wedges. Doesn't exactly sound like a party, does it? But that's how your evening can start and then it's off to the cellar next door. There you can dance and party in a unique location.
In Elsterartig you can start the evening with a beer or a glass of wine and a delicious burger. On Thursdays, it's off to the dance floor from 10 pm! Because the student party starts under the motto Frisch, Fromm, Fröhlich, Frei. If the student party times don't suit you, then drop by on the weekend at Elsterartig Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. there will be Elsterertanz. Your physical well-being is also catered for throughout the night. For example, the kitchen on the first floor will provide you with delicious sweet potato fries.
Exclusively different
If you're out and about in Leipzig city center and fancy some good vibes, then we have a tip for you: At Pendo-Club you can dance to the finest hip-hop, dancehall and afrobeats on several floors under the motto weareallequal und bekind and turn night into day. The club at Petersstraße 39-41 has been open since 2022 and has long since become a hotspot - without VIP areas, everyone parties together! The atmosphere is open and inclusive.
Lipzig's night owls can be found not far from the market square. With its numerous bars and restaurants, Gottschedstraße offers the ideal breeding ground for a distinct party night. So it's all the better that the club TwentyOne marks the beginning of Gottschedstraße. A very diverse club with a varied party offer. But it is best known for being the biggest party for gays and lesbians in Leipzig. Every 2nd Friday of the month you can celebrate the KissKissBangBang party with a mix of pop, trash and electro. An absolute must for all party animals - because the party is with everyone! Homophobia, sexism, racism, xenophobia and ageism have no place here! The LGBT scene feels more at home in Leipzig than in almost any other German city, not least because Leipzig repeatedly sets an example for open-mindedness.
Made by students
It is well known that students like to party, so it is almost obvious that we also have clubs that are made by students. One of the most popular student clubs is the TV- Club in beautiful Gohlis. The "TV" does not refer to a television or anything similar, but stands for the animal producers and veterinarians whose faculties once made up this club. Every Thursday there is a big party here, while you can listen to ALL the music that has ever existed. Our tip: order a BraWo at the bar. The cult drink (red barrel soda with vodka) is not only popular, but also tastes unexpectedly good ;)
Another club is the Studentenkeller, also known as STUK. This registered association is located directly underneath the student hall of residence at Nürnberger Str. 42. Everyone knows everyone here, so every Tuesday you can dance to selected classics and charts on two floors. Also popular: the regular beer pong tournaments. More student life is hardly possible!
Electronically against the current

If you are looking for a space where music, art and design come together, where people can meet and feel good, then Neue Welle is your place to be. Embedded in the historically dynamic surroundings of a former Reichsbahn building and today's Bürgerbahnhof Plagwitz, the club invites you into its impressive premises with high ceilings, a puristic dance floor and huge bar. The interior does not resemble an ordinary techno club, but is enriched by works by various artists on the walls. Can't you imagine? You definitely have to experience it for yourself!

The rooms of the "Eli" have a minimalist-industrial charm and there are various floors and an outdoor area where you can party and relax. Unique in Leipzig: the DJ booth is located in the middle, where two DJs can play "face2face", while the dance platforms around it offer the audience the best view.
Bars and trendy areas
If you want to experience Leipzig's nightlife, you can't miss the two most famous trendy streets: the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, affectionately known as "Karli" and the Karl-Heine-Straße in Plagwitz.
Here, bars, pubs and small clubs are lined up side by side, and as soon as the sun goes down, the street cafés, sidewalks and lampposts fill with life. Between Irish pubs, cozy bars and chic cocktail lounges, people laugh, chat and play music - inside and out.
Typical Leipzig: if you can't get a seat, simply make yourself comfortable with friends and drinks from the nearest Späti on the side of the road. This spontaneous cornerning is just as much a part of the culture here as the nightly babble of voices that hovers over the streets until the early hours of the morning.
After the concert is before the party
Leipzig has long been on the list of famous bands and artists. Every year, many top-class artists honor the music city and give Leipzig what it stands for. Music is at home here, it can stay here. The Werk 2 at the southern end of Karli is committed to doing just that. Concert venue and party location on one site. The Kulturlounge is even more at home in a small room in the middle of a backyard decorated with lights. A really tiny space just outside the gates of Reudnitz, which serves up concerts, impro theater and occasionally electronic music. Live and let live is the motto here. You haven't partied this comfortably for a long time.
