Pedestrian zone
NEO is a place that combines retail, gastronomy and modern working environments.
The NEO looks back on a rich history. Originally opened as the Althoff department store in 1914, it embodied the heyday of urban commerce and culture at the beginning of the 20th century. With its magnificent façade and impressive interior architecture, the building quickly became a landmark of the city and a center of social life.
With the revival of the historic department store, the history of the building lives on in a modern ambience. Visitors can expect a select retail selection and a variety of culinary specialties. Creative and innovative projects are realized in the flexible office space.
Parking is available directly on site in the centrally located Neumarkt multi-storey parking lot, which is equipped with numerous e-charging points for electric vehicles.
