Schramm organ in the castle church of St. Hubertus, Wermsdorf

Orgel
Tobias Schramm originally built the organ at Hubertusburg Castle Church, which was consecrated in 1749, for the Dresden Court Church.

Tobias Schramm (1701 - 1771) is documented as an organ builder in Dresden from 1749. He originally built the organ of the Hubertusburg Castle Church, which was consecrated in 1749, for the Dresden Court Church. I/10 Unusually for a Catholic church, it stands high above the altar. While the church and organ were spared during the Seven Years' War despite the plundering of the entire castle complex, almost all the pipes had disappeared after the war in 1947. In 2001, a thorough restoration and reconstruction to its original state was carried out by Hermann Eule Orgelbau, Bautzen. The pitch of a' - 415 Hz corresponds to the pitch of the Saxon court instruments.
