"Freshly ground - freshly roasted - freshly brewed!" That's the motto of Brühbar. Here you will get your money's worth, especially as Arabica fans. This is because only beans of this variety are processed at Brühbar. The particularly light roast perfectly emphasizes the fresh, sometimes very fruity and sweet aromas of this coffee.
If you can't decide which coffee will make it to your home, then take a little time and have a fresh coffee prepared on site using the gentle, pressureless brewing process. Not only does it look spectacular, it also tastes fantastic.

Are you out and about in the city center and don't want to walk far to the nearest coffee hotspot? Then the grato in the adjacent Zentrum-Süd district is the perfect place to go! Here you'll not only find one of the tastiest coffees in town, but also various snacks and dishes that will not only make your mouth water, but also taste great - we promise ;)
So why not take a seat in this pretty little place and take a look at the menu to order an aromatic cappuccino and a cinnamon-y French roll?
Café Bubu
Tranquillity and enjoyment are particularly important here: The Café Bubu in Leipzig's eastern district of Reudnitz is an absolute eye-catcher with its rustic yet cozy interior - but the culinary offer is also one of the best in Leipzig.
In addition to the classic coffee creations, there are regularly changing specials that make you want to try them as soon as you read them: I have to try this! Want an example? Pumpkin Space Latte, pear juice with almond milk or speculoos latte with lotus cream. That already sounds like an absolute treat. Our tip: Be sure to take a look at the cake selection. Just looking at the many different varieties will make your mouth water!
By the way: when it gets warmer, the café also opens its back door, which leads you into a small cozy garden, where drinking coffee becomes even more homely.
Elster mill
"Life is too short for sometime - we're doing it now!" - that's what Annette and Mario Rose, the owners of the coffee roastery Elstermühle, thought. Thanks to careful preparation, the couple created a coffee roastery near Leipzig's city harbour, which has not only been providing Leipzig's residents with really good coffee since November 2018, but is also beautiful to look at!
The coffee is roasted fresh here - directly in the store. This means that, with a bit of luck, you can even watch your favorite coffee being roasted during your visit before enjoying it to the fullest afterwards!
We particularly recommend the Elstermühle blends Hafenmeister, Otto der Reiche and Klaus der Festliche!
Franz Morish
"Because love goes through coffee" - at Franz Morish is not only roasted and sold with a lot of love - no, here in the café you can also indulge in coffee creations, chat with friends and employees and enjoy fresh food on over 200 square meters
The heart of the café is its own coffee roaster and the high-quality Slayer coffee machine. This combination - as well as the gentle drum roasting at up to 240°C - ensures coffee enjoyment of the highest quality. You can expect distinctive and personalized house roasts, which you can also purchase for home use. And of course, delicious food is a must! In the online shop, you can also store from home if you're not in Leipzig. However, we would definitely recommend a visit on site!

At GANOS Kaffee-Kontor & Rösterei AG, you can get the finest coffee from almost every coffee-growing region in the world. Not many coffee roasteries in Leipzig offer you the choice of over 50 coffees, which are carefully prepared in a drum roaster - here you can!
In addition to single-origin coffees, you can also pick up our own blends: For example, the strong "GANOS" or the milder "Leipziger Mischung".

RöstGut
If you take a walk along Karl-Heine-Straße near the Westwerk, then the small coffee roastery RöstGut is not far away. Here you can sit down for a while in a rustic atmosphere and enjoy a slice or two of cake as well as your coffee. RöstGut also has a small shop where you can buy the delicious beans (and all the coffee accessories) to take home with you.
By the way: if you're ever out and about in Clara-Zetkin-Park and come across the lively Sachsenbrücke, the intense smell of coffee from RöstGut will waft around your nose. The mobile coffee bike is there to serve you the delicious coffee directly on site. Be honest: have you ever seen anything like this in any other city? ;)
Röskant
At Röskant, coffee becomes an experience. Here you can look over the masters' shoulders and experience live how coffee is roasted and, if you wish, ground. Not a coffee fan? Then it's still worth a visit. Because the manufactory also serves as a gallery for various art projects - and you won't be left out in the cold here either. Instead of coffee, you can take teas, cocoa or Meissen wines home with you.
And the best thing? If you not only want to buy the coffee, but also learn more about how it is made, then you should take a look at the range of coffee seminars.
